Telecom Charging Expert @ Best infosystems

Role - Telecom Charging expert Total 5+ yrs experience and 3+ years experience in Telecom Charging and PCRF mainly OCS who is responsible for assisting customers by troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions for reported incidents. It combines post go-live customer support and/or system administration. Experience in at least three of the following domains Surepay /Smart Plan Suite (OCS/IN), SS7, Sigtran, INAP, CAMEL, TCAP, Diameter.

Preferred to have SOAP, CORBA, XML, SOAP, Linux, Oracle, Aerospike , PSQL , Shell scripting experience. Experience in online charging concepts of online/offline rating, charging , discounts , tariffs ,promotions, bundles and buckets. Relevant work experience in Enterprise Systems administration (UNIX/Linux).Experience in Cloud environment would have added advantage. Knowledge of Nokia Middlewares like MAS, MCAS, eSM, CSF would have added advantage. Additional Requirements -Strong written and verbal communications skills. Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Ability to analyze technical problems around product installation/configuration/integration/test.Hands-on system troubleshooting skills.
