1) Candidates should have 6months or 1 year of international BPO Voice experience.
2) Excellent communication skills.
3) Graduates and Undergraduate with min 6months in telecom billing experience both can apply.
4) Need to handle inbound calls and provide customer support
5) Candidates should have their own PC or Laptop with windows 10 configuration, i3 Processor with more the 30 MBPS WIFI Speed.
6) Candidates with customer care in Billing / Sales Background / Upselling Preferred.
7) 24*7 Shifts any two weekly offs.
8) Immediate Joiners Preferred.
9). Work location- Hyderabad
