• Responsible for leading 8-10 passionate developers which you have to support and develop through coaching and feedback
• Provide leadership to the team and act as a mentor to engineers
• Work closely with various stakeholders to discuss projects specs, strategies and deliverables and to ensure building and running a world-class product - engineering managers, senior developers, product managers, marketing and architects
• Contribute to the definition of product MVPs and Milestones
• Set and meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize. Manage a high volume of tasks and multiple projects
• Foster teamwork and create a positive and supportive culture with a focus on innovation
• Keep the development team on track with respect to the various deliverables
• Attract, hire, on-board and retain top talent and develop existing team members

• B.Tech/M.Tech from a premier institute with 8 to 12 years of experience including 1+ years of managerial experience, preferably in a product development organization
• Extremely strong C, C++ coding background and willing to code with strong design and architectural skills
• Prior management/mentoring experience of Senior Engineers
• Self-motivated with a desire to mentor a team and the ability to drive it to accomplish high-quality deliverables
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
