Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Should have very good understanding of requirements.
1. Review and understand technical job requirement
2. Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates
3. Handling end to end recruitment cycle
4. Follow up with candidates
5. Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job portals & Social Networking
6. Should have excellent communication skills.
7. Receiving & reviewing applications & routing them appropriately to clients
8. Manage and update recruitment database
