To handle the responsibility on matters related to electrical/UPS/Invertor/AC/DG set /Fire Extinguisher etc .
Manage the team in the Maint / Tech Dept.
Visit headends/branch offices PAN india as and when required for Tech /Maintenance related activities
Should follow compliance requirement regorously.
Ensure proper log sheets,checklists, maintenance records and registers are maintained.
Supervise all maintenance activities at IMCL/NDL offices.
Co-ordinate with vendors,Govt.Agencies for maintenance/utilities/administrative work, keep proper records.
Preapartion of SOW for maint./repair/renovation work, get quotes from vendors, negotiate with vendors, preparation of comparative statement, put up for approval
Scrutiny of vendors and utility bills and process for timely payment.
Initiate energy/cost saving measures time to time and process for approval/implementation.
Carryout any responsibilities/duties related to Tech/Mantenance/Utility as and when required by Superiors/Management.
