Vendor Management and procurement of required items and ingredients
Maintaining inventory for all items and minimizing spillage, wastage and costs associated with inventory
Purchasing, Negotiation and Procurement of
Creating and managing payments with customers, vendors
Sending Emails, Day to day administrative duties.
Managing logistics and rider schedule
Like to maintain order, sending quotations to client, making ppt, letter drafting and create documentation, processes and systems
Creating SOPs and maintaining the general office filing system
Good in Microsoft Office - if candidates having knowledge of any designing or drawing tool or software would be appreciated
Candidate smart enough to handle all the office coordination work, strong written and communication skills required. Candidate should be near to Central Delhi.
