Job Description

Required Manager - Admissions for a reputed College in South Bangalore. The college is affiliated to Bangalore South University and is located in a sprawling 7-acre green campus with in-campus hostels for students. The college offers UG and PG programs in Arts, Science & Commerce. All programs are packaged with industry-ready certification, guaranteed internship and placement assistance.
Job Description
Responsible for the overall functioning of the Admissions Cell
Directly responsible to achieve the targets for new enrolments / admissions
Manage the overall functioning of the Admissions Cell and guide / supervise the team members
Present the marketing plan and budgets to the management
Will be responsible for implementing the marketing plans & strategies to generate quality leads
Create and submit the MIS Reports
Counsel prospective students / parents for enrolment into the institution
Responsible for brand management on all digital platforms; website, social media
Establish connect with education consultants & channel partners to generate admissions
Profile
Male / Female Graduates with good communication skills & oriented to achieve targets
Around 3 to 5 years of experience in handling admissions and marketing in a higher education institution
Sound knowledge of competitors in Bangalore
Knowledge of conventional BTL marketing and Digital marketing
Knowledge of Lead Management Systems
Knowledge of Hindi and Kannada preferred
Good connect with education consultants
Willingness to travel extensively within and outside Bangalore
