Job Description

Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing day to day expenses
Planning and scheduling office meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions etc.
Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Ensure that conference rooms, meeting rooms and reception areas are ready for meetings.
Interact with other department heads in managing the entire administrative operations.
Develop inventory control management systems for the inventory department
Assist and support front desk management in handling visitors and clients.
To ensure general office maintenance like, housekeeping, pest control, hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, space management, minor repairs (Carpentry, masonry, furniture, painting etc.)
Need to take care of travel bookings, Accommodations, Food and Beverages for the visitors or Clients when and when required.
