We are currently seeking a BPO Manager to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Ndu (IN-TN), India (IN).

• Provide direct supervision to a large team of operational, production, service or administrative team members, or a small team of professional-level members
• Work is guided by operational and project objectives
• Set and communicate clear expectations for work outcomes and manages performance
• Establish and monitor performance goals of the department
• Apply in-depth technical knowledge of systems, applications and account operations in support of single or multiple client groups
• Work on continuous improvement efforts for increased efficiency and effectiveness of processes
• 8-10 years relevant experience (includes 1-3 years of managerial/ leadership experience)
• Excellent influencing and communication skills
• Excellent client service skills and leadership capabilities
• Strong knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies
• Excellent analytical / problem solving skills
• Strong budgeting, business financial and P&L skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop operational and strategic plans
• 
  Work Timings: Monday - Friday (5:30 p.m. to 3:40 a.m. IST)
