L1 Engineer Their primary role is to do day to day check of the AV (Polycom/Cisco) endpoints, TP and update checklist. On receiving calls via telephone/email they will try to resolve the issue over the phone or if required they will attend the call on physical location. Pre-testing of the Leadership meetings Installations/ Reinstallations (Display panels/AV devices/ Cisco IP-Phones) MPH AV support Ticket Handling (AV devices/Town halls/Events) Raising incidents and follow-up with required stakeholders Availability during planned activities for AV devices Cisco IP-Phone profile creation/L1 troubleshooting Cisco Jabber/Teams profile creation/ Troubleshooting Ticket Handling (WebEx Profile/Cisco IP-Phones/Cisco Jabber) WebEx Profile creation/deletion Inventory updating of (Display panels/AV devices) Inventory updating of (Cisco IP-Phones/Head-phones) Asset compliance to CMDB for all collab devices.
