Shift: UK and APAC ( 2 PM to 11 PM) Education: Must be a commerce graduate (Undergraduate and Pursuing candidates are not considerable)
Job Description : 1. Flexibility to work across UK & APAC shifts on a rotational basis.
2. Have an excellent client service ethos and be able to communicate effectively with priority clients and sales prospects.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
4. Experience in KYC, Regulatory & Compliance customer service, and financial data operations will be an added advantage 5. Proficiency in MS excel & SQL/Oracle DB will be an added advantage
6. Managing the inquiries and handling of customers.
