Job Description
Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant : Pharmaceutical Industry
Graduate with 3 - 8 years experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant with senior management preferably in Pharmaceutical industry.
Would handle the Office of the Top management independently;
Will be responsible for incoming and outgoing communications of the Director's office ;
Handle and manage the confidential information of the Directors' office ;
Will be responsible for the calendar management, fixing up appointment ;
Screening of the mails, phone calls and visitors ;
Would be responsible for Travel arrangement and stay arrangements ;
Would be responsible for the collection of sales data and compilation and presenting the same ;
Coordinating and arrangement of the Meetings and Conferences - Video and Audio conferences ;
Taking Minutes of Meetings and circulating the same to the concerned HODs ;
Coordinating with other HODs in the organization for follow-ups with respect to actions to be taken by them ;
Handling and managing the expenses in relation to the Director's office .
