Job description

• What we are looking for in a candidate:
• To achieve the target assigned within agreed quality & timelines.
• Stakeholder management Independently manage recruitment for assigned positions across all verticals.
• Co-ordinate / liaison with placement consultants / institutions etc.
• Conducting skill testing & interviews.
• Planning & Sourcing for specific recruitment within defined time frames .
• Ensuring that documentation and salary fitment is as per agreed guidelines, to maintain Green status in compliance front .
• Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent.
• Seek to expand the talent pool by evaluating new employee profiles and assess their suitability

ISMS Responsibilities:

Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures and objectives;

Actively participate in ISMS exercises;

Request access to information access from their Team Leaders/ Executives;

Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk; Protect secrecy of passwords ; and

Protect information assets used by them against compromise of assets .

Requirements

Graduate

Experience in BPO Recruitment, Bulk Hiring

Excellent communication/ Interpersonal skills
