This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Recruiter to develop and implement Human Resource Strategies.You should combine an excellent Human Resource skills with an ability to interact with team members.The Candidate for this role is someone who can handle the financial growth of the company and also able to have strong sense of empathy in difficult situations.
You will be responsible for all day to day Human Resource working.

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.
You will support Recruitment needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable Recruitment success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
What your Day will Look Like :
You are required to handle end to end Human Resource Process.
Should know how to handle single handedly recruitment process.
You must have a quality to handle end to end process of Recruitment and can easily connect with the external hiring agencies.
You will be responsible to hire all work profile Candidates including Call Centres , Operations ,Sales,Technologies and many more .
You will be responsible to design and implement overall recruiting Strategy too.
Promote Company's reputation as "Best Place to Work"
Qualification & Requirements :
fresher will apply.
MBA Preferred.
Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Good Written and Verbal Communication skills.
Advanced level knowledge of Human Resource Profile.
Must have a capability to achieve Targets on day to day Basis.
Demonstrated ability to manage Human Resource activities.
