Job Description
Job opening for Sr. Finance Manager for reputed client into Jewellery Industry at Mumbai, Western Line.
Roles & Responsibilities.
- Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating all audit activity.
- Guiding the team for engaging financial operating models and delivery
- Consistently analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner. Clearly communicating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitoring progress, changes and keeping senior leadership updated of the financial status
- Managing the daily accounting activities which includes bank accounts statement reconciliations, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.
- Working with internal technology and product teams to develop algorithms and automated systems to help migrate as much of the work as possible to a system driven process with minimal manual intervention.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in working on Finance Models and Audits
- Post graduate, CA qualification is a must have.
- Strong understanding of product & markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, result-oriented. Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
- Excellent numeracy skills and communication skills.
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy within tight deadlines.
