Job Description
ROLE
- Will be responsible for completing Bulk Data Calls for various Academic and Marketing Activities.
- Will be utilized as a Backup for various tasks in absence of Counsellors.
ELIGIBILITY AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Graduate in any Stream with minimum 60% marks
Knowledge of Basic IT Skills like MS Office and Outlook Express
- Excellent Communication Skills and strong command over Written and Verbal English
- Good command over written and verbal local language-Hindi and/or Punjabi
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing Cold calling tasks related to various Sales and Academic Activities listed below:
- Academic:
- Absenteeism in classes and tests
- Confirmation of Roll Numbers and other details required for Result preparation from students
- Confirmation of expected marks from students after exams
- PTM Information Calls
- Sales:
- Seminar Invitations and Confirmations
- Summer Camp Calls
- DEP Calls
- Result Celebration and Cake Cutting Ceremony Invitations
- Booking House Visits for Sales Team
- Batch Launch Information Calls
- Admission Test:
- Informing about Tests
- Result Information Calling and inviting for Appointments
- Providing Backup support for Tab-Lab, Front office and Sales Activities
