Job Description

We are hiring Telemarketing Executives / Process Associates for India's No - 1 Local Search Engine Company.

• To call existing and potential customers to inform, influence and sell the company's products and services.
• Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders, Process customer purchases.
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Calling on the database and converting them into leads.
• Attend to inbound calls.
• Minimum 3 months calling experience is required.
• 5 days working
• No night shifts.
• Handsome salary & incentives.

Skills Required :

• Good Communication in English and Hindi.
• Convincing and Client Servicing Skills
• Ability to work in individual and team environment.
• Ability to interact with customers.
• Honest and dedicated to the work assigned.
