Job Description

Dear Candidate 

We are looking for the Channel Development Manager / Sr. Channel Development Manager in Real Estate 

Location: Pune / Lucknow 

Exp: 0 to 4 yrs 

CTC: 20 k to 40 k + Huge incentives 

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for the channel sales of residential/ commercial sales
  • Create strong channel partnerships across geographies markets and create a strong source.
  • Activation of Channel Partner's across designated market/ geographies to ensure walk-ins drive and sales closures as per assigned targets.
  • Ensure the best relationships with the existing and new Channel Partners.
  • Training of CP Team, Lead generation through CPs, Lead registration, Lead Follow-Ups, supporting in campaign activation, etc
  • Extraordinary customer & CP follow-up for site visits and closures.
  • To ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales target achievement. Lead generation, Site visits, and closures through channel partner as the source.
  • Implement the sales strategy, channel sales planning & execution, new market development
  • Handling in-depth Competition analysis in the residential segment on a regular basis and work out appropriate strategies to tackle competition.
  • Interfacing with Channel Partners / financial institutions for organizing events and other sales promotional activities.
  • To ensure marketing and CRM support for each segment to deliver volumes.

Desired Candidate Profile -You'll Be a Great Fit If:

  • 4 - 7 years of experience in sales & marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience in Channel Sales in designated markets/geographies
  • Should have real estate sales experience
  • Should be from relevant experience background
  • Candidates with experience in the insurance industry, Online portal, financial sales are welcome
  • Demonstrable experience with highly performance-driven achievement.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and ability to build strong productive partnerships throughout all levels and across cultures & conflict management skills.
  • Readiness to travel within the assigned market.
  • Strong team leader, team player, people, organizational & culture-savvy
  • Adaptive, agile, and resilient learner, demonstrating ownership & the ability to change and to drive change in a dynamic environment.
  • Great analytical skills, commercially savvy and solution-focused to solving problems with proven ability to identify issues and projects, plan and prioritize organize and manage multiple projects to completion by specific deadlines
  • Self-starter with a passion for results & the ability to balance strategic perspective with operational excellence in a fast-paced, start-up setup.
  • Should have an ability to consider the wider picture, diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions while making decisions and to take ownership of issues, and provide clear analysis in a timely manner.
  • Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and has an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize, organize, follow through on and meet deadlines.
  • Unquestionable integrity and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels.
