Job Description
Will be responsible for acquiring / purchase land. He should have thorough knowledge of applying for lands in Karnataka/ Bangalore and should have good relations in revenue department. Must have a thorough knowledge of the local town planning rules and building regulations Must be conversant with revenue, ULC and MRTP Act. Ability to liaise with consultants to prepare project feasibility reports essential. To develop rapport with officials like The IT Secretary, Industries Ministry, any other land allotment agencies All the land parcels which need to be acquired/ partnered with need to be realistic with the achievable rentals and or sale prices, with due consideration to the financial workings of the Company. Liaison work required with local authorities and with the government agencies within region.
