The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities:
The Reservation Executive handles the requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone and other platforms. He/She needs to ensure booking information are input accurately into the reservation system, and maintain and update room availability on online booking platforms.
Reservation Agent Responsibilities:
Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options. Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances. Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers' desired travel dates.
