Job Summary -
The position is for a Management Trainee. We use an extensive Training Method Module in order to provide the necessary training to each individual in the prospect of Management and Marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties -
- Your profile in our organization will be to work in the aspect of Management and Marketing.
- Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Identifying and networking with prospective customers, generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increase sales growth with help of team.
- Assessing customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvement and proving feedback to the associates on improvements and achieving customer satisfaction matrices.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications -
- Graduates and Post Graduates.
- Candidate must be Fluent in English.
- Age Limit: 20 - 25 years only.
