We have an Urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager - Claims in a Leading Life Insurance Company at Mumbai Location.

Experience Required : 4 + years

Role Summary:

  • Responsible for end to end case management of Individual Death and Health claims.
  • Responsible for all customer communication.
  • Responsible for data management for all reports.
  • Responsible for claims related complaints and walk in customers.
  • Responsible for any system enhancements.

Key Result Areas:

  • Responsible for accurate claim assessment and speedy claim decisions within the stipulated IRDA guidelines.
  • Ensuring quality decision within the agreed SLAs.
  • Liaise with zone team and investigators.
  • Verifying all documents received.
  • Updating information in the Claims System.
  • Provide medical assessment support / opinions to other team members.
  • Cashless claims liaising with TPA.
  • Quality checks to be done.
