Roles and Responsibilities

Qualification:Minimum Bachelor Degree (Any Graduate) with Microsoft or Cisco

Certification Preferable

Experience: 2-4 years.

Designation: Team Member -IT

Responsibilities:

1. Must be Good Command on English (Verbal and Written Communication)

2. Ready to work in Shifts (US Shift)

3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Telecommunication and VoIP phone system, CCTV Surveillance system, and Door Access system

4. Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues with applications, software and Client operating systems (Windows / MAC )

5. Experience supporting remote offices.

6. Support of file and print services

MSCA, remote offices,MPSC, Cisco Certified,VoIP Windows Certification, MAC
