Responsibilities
We are looking for engineers with excellent analytical and problem-
solving skills, who are eager to learn a wide range of IBM and open-
source packages with a particular bias on Automation and Process
Mining technologies. You will be a self-starter, requiring limited
supervision or guidance, with good communication skills and the ability
to multi-task and prioritise your work.
This is a high-profile project at the core of IBM's new strategy
surrounding Automation and working with our wide range of
stakeholders will be critical to ensure we meet the high standards
expected.

8+ years of relevant industry experience
Skills in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) as well as
hands on experience with programming languages and
scripting such as Java and Ansible. And of course, Git

general
Knowledge && practical experience of the J2EE environment and
web technologies
Wide competency in agile development
Autonomy, curiosity, and team spirit
Passion to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Architecture and technical leadership
