Your Role and
Responsibilities Job Responsibilities:
As a Technical Development Manager of the IBM Automation - Turbonomics
team you will
Plan, manage, build, design and deliver requirements, enhancements,
quality, and performance improvements to the marketplace.
Work in an agile environment, drive multi-disciplinary squads working
on the user interface within the large global development product
group.
Collaborate with Architects, DevOps Engineers and Offering Managers
across our global organization.
Encompass technical assessments of - product management
requirements, scrum management, sprint and release planning, unit
test and system verification test.
Perform employee personnel management such as hiring, performance
evaluation, creation, and monitoring of individual education plans,
career growth in accordance with IBM HR best practices.
Lead and motivate a full-stack team in a fast-paced environment
developing the next generation of AI-infused infrastructure management
features used in our premier hybrid cloud management product.

13 - 18 years of relevant industry experience
Experience in leading teams as manager or team lead, at least 3 years
Experience in leading projects and software development, at least 3
years
Experience with virtualization systems like VMware/Openstack/HyperV
and any public cloud
Experience of developing reusable software/framework-based products
dealing with scalability, availability, reliability, testability
Experienced in software development methodologies, CI/CD processes,
DevOps methodologies, systems integration, and automation
Good communication skills, ability to mentor, motivate and integrate
teams
Good technical understanding of Software Development Agile
practices, ability to map to an executable plan, report issues && risks
and find solutions.
Experience with Automated Testing programs including Test Driven and
Behavior Driven Development
Growth-mindset: Willingness to learn new technologies and
processes
