Job Description
We are seeking a smart and experienced leader who will act as a Profit Centre Head and build up the entire distribution channel from scratch for Augmont Gold For All. The list of responsibilities included but not limited to, are as follows:
- Managing and building the distribution channels with regular monitoring of sales and processes
- Modeling and evaluating the appropriate strategy to enter new markets PAN India
- Identifying and networking with distributors for deeper market penetration
- Working in tandem with the tech and marketing teams for jeweler and other channel acquisition by executing brand promotion activities
- Working closely with jewelers, other channels and distributors and assist them to promote Augmont's products
- Ensuring successful New Product/Service Launches in terms of both distribution and volume and working closely with the teams for building efficient technology platform
- Planning and preparing processes for jeweler on-boarding, other BD tie-ups and payment processes
- You will closely collaborate with the Directors, and the leadership teams to collaborate on a distribution strategy and technology roadmap at the onset.
- Proven project management skills using any standard methodology. You should have experience in managing multiple projects while communicating with the development team and other business units.
Desired Profile:
- Strong Academics and communication skills with an experience in building up the sales and distribution channel from the scratch.
- The background can be preferably from Fintech/NBFC/FIs where he/ she has built up the distribution channel at the area level/ region level/ zonal level on Pan India basis.
