We are currently seeking a SAP DATA BSA (MM) to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
The Data BSA works with other functional FILs, the COE team, and assigned business resources to define the deployment data scope per business requirements. The Data BSA has primary ownership to ensure data migration deliverables from legacy ERP systems to SAP are successfully completed on time to support the overall deployment schedule while achieving high data quality and integrity.
Responsibilities:

• All aspects of data migration from legacy to SAP
• Teaming with other functional FILs, business super users, and business SMEs to define accurate data scope, and defining clear ownership through creation and maintenance of the business ownership grid
• Teaming with COE to define work list and data schedule
• Complete data mapping to define how data will be migrated from legacy systems to SAP
• Engage business users to perform ongoing data cleansing and collection
• Collaborate with the COE for Informatica workflow and scorecard development, and data load activities
• Drive completion of business actions - scorecard validation, data load approval, and post-load validation
• Effectively ensure all data tasks are completed with good quality (right and fast)

Qualifications and required skills:

• Working Knowledge of SAP and master data
• Knowledge of business processes
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge and experience of working with various different kinds of databases (SQL Server, Access, Oracle, others)
• Ability to communicate effectively with various business functions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others demonstrated ability to collaborate with various people and organizations in an effort to develop win/win results
• Ability to work effectively with a globally dispersed team on a virtual basis
