Desired Candidate Profile

Looking for candidates with relevant & rich experience into Air Ticketing (International & Domestic Ticketing in Indian Market) and in an IATA Organisation.

Should have good communication skills in English both in written & verbal.
Should have experience in handling B2B Queries.
Should have hands on experience in GDSs like Amadeus/Galileo.
Preference would be given to those who have experience in both the above
mentioned GDSs.
Should have good experience of LCCs (Low cost Carriers)
Should have experience in handling queries both through calls & mails.
Should have experience in Issuances, Re-Issuances, Refunds (full &
partial) and Cancellation.
Should have excellent knowledge of routing, current fare rules and
commissions.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
