Job Description

Need HR Executive / HR Manager for Lingual Company at Sector-48 , Gurgaon

The Candidate should have Experience of atleast 2-3 years

Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience: 1-2 years
Working Days: 5 days plus alternate Saturdays (Work from home )

Job Responsibilities

Handling end to end recruitment process.
Sourcing candidates through job portals, and other social networking sites.
Research & Industry mapping according to the need of the mandate.
Follow up with the selected candidates for further procedures.
Maintaining HR records
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities

Location : Sector-48 , Gurgaon

Maximum Salary is upto 30k , Rest depends on the Interview
