Job Responsibility 1 .To provide Quality customer service.

  1. Inbound calls handling
  2. Ensure 100 % adherence to schedule.
  3. Accurately respond to customer query.

Language English

Technical skill 15 WPM typing & 75 % accuracy.

Shift 8 hours +1 hours break & rotational shift.

Salary Fresher 9000 k

BPO Experience 06 to 3 Years / Salary 12 k CTC

Address G.P Slope Gwalpara Primary School , opposite of Kadma police station Jamshedpur.
