Criteria for Applying the job:
1) Age: Max 27 Yrs 11 Months
2) Experience: 6 months to 3.6 Yrs (Max 42months)
3) Current CTC: Not More than 5 Lacs
4) Permissible Experience GAP will Remain Same as 6 Months
5) Max Experience after Master remain same as 24 Months
6) Profiles required only from min 6 months of B2C Sales experience (Currently into B2C Sales only).
7) Individual contributor (No Team Lead experience)
8) Candidate must be having monthly/Quarterly Sales target and not annual.
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday. (2 days week-off)
Job Description: The job involves aggressive field sales in their region and working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byjus way of Learning in their respective city. As a BDA they will be required to assist students and parents in their region that have downloaded the Byjus application using a consultative selling approach. The ideal candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
