Job Role:The Sr. Technical Coordinator is responsible for end to end deadlines for live projects, prospective projects, AMC clients with support of the Team members, the incumbent will actively participate in overseeing those projects and reporting & meeting with Management, Technical Face of the project for Clients.

SECTION III ( Job Description )
Accountability of project acceptance and implementation along with deadline finalization.
Implementation of our module on customer desktop and end to end project completion.
Coordinate and manage various implementation plan components for pipe line projects.
Scope of project and quotation internal and external communications.
Ready for client meetings for pre or post project discussion.
Assisting team members in sales & support both on conflict resolutions.
Assist with answering routine customer conflicts and resolve issues.
Work cross-functionally within the organization to keep project deadlines on point.
Provide important client feedback during software planning sessions to guide direction of future product development.
Perform other operations and administrative duties as assigned.
SECTION IV (Skills and ability)
Working knowledge on ERP and Tally software more than 4 years / COURSE SHOULD BE DONE / OR ACCOUNT BACKGROUND.
Above average time management and follow-through skills are required.
Must be very comfortable speaking with clients on the telephone and in person.
Ability to lead a discussion.
Able to explain moderately complex technical issues in clear, simple language.
Solid written communication and documentation skills.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.com / Mcom / Bcom / BFA
EXPERIENCE: 3- 6 years of experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS: Healthy & Strong person.
Ready to work on targets & Variables.
Salary range : 2.5 to 3.5 lacs
