Job Description
Role: Server Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Work in 24x7 shift (4PM IST to 9 AM IST)
- Deploy, manage and operationalize AV, VA, Patch management, DLP and email security solutions
- Continuous monitoring of system performance, signature and version
- Continuous hardening and tweaking of policies to secure environment
- Monitoring of security issues to environment and take appropriate action
- Creation of required reports
Skills Requirements
- Very good communication skills
- Hands-on experience in handling AV, VA, Patch, DLP, Email systems
- Understanding of hardening standards and implement it in overall security implementation on tools
Must have: - Certifications like MCSE, AWS, Antivirus or any relevant industry specialization
- Very good understanding of windows and Linux server setup on premises and cloud environment
- Have experience in deploying, configuring and operationalizing tools like AV, DLP, Email security
- Have experience in running VA and patch tools and understand organization process
- Have experience in certificate management on IIS and servers
- Understanding of hardening standards for security devices
Good to have: - work experience in handling Network components like routers, switches etc.
- Understanding of ISO27001, PCI and other security standards
