Position: Medical Coder / Senior Medical Coder
Qualification: Minimum graduate (Any stream)
Certification: Active Coding Credential through AAPC or AHIMA. CRC Certification preferred
Experience: 2-6 years of medical coding experience with minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in HCC Mapped Diagnosis Coding
Location: Coimbatore/Hyderabad
Shift timings: Afternoon shifts ( candidate should be open to work in rotational shifts as well)
All employment documentation/ relieving letters from previous organization should be available
Interview process: HR screening-HCC/Anatomy/Physiology related assessment Operations interview
Job Description:

Experience in HCC record abstraction and coding required
Demonstrate high level of quality in clinical coding work, identifying and validating HCC mapped diagnoses that are revenue generating
Adherence to official coding guidelines, coding clinic determinations, client specific coding guidelines, CMS and other regulatory compliance guidelines and mandates.
Experience in medical record validation of correct coding procedures and guidelines
Identified by accuracy of 95% or above and consistent productivity
Excellent written and verbal skills to include coaching and interpersonal skills
