Position Summary:
Working as a team member on the PS Analytics & Insights team, you will provide technical support to our primary reporting and analytics platform, supporting Adobe's Global DX Professional Services organization. Reporting into the Manager of Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for providing architectural support to meet the needs of a fast-paced organization. You will be well-versed in full-stack Business Intelligence solutions, including but not limited to database architecture, data pipeline management, data modeling, and report development. You will have expert SQL skills, and demonstrated experience with various performance tuning techniques. You are a detail-oriented architect with an extensive knowledge of Business Intelligence and data engineering tools and approaches, primarily focused on scale and quality. You are innovative, creative, and can anticipate challenges before they occur. Your ability to foster relationships across the business will allow you to reduce scope ambiguity and deliver collaborative wins.
Responsibilities:

• 
  Execute against a technical roadmap aimed at the long-term scale of our Business Intelligence platform.
• 
  Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• 
  Work with a team of Business Intelligence Architects to develop and optimize a centralized Data Warehouse to support various analytical data cubes.
• 
  Create data pipelines (ETL, ELT) to blend disparate data sources together.
• 
  Maintain technical standards and documents (Data Dictionary, development style guide, ERD, etc.).
• 
  Diagnose performance issues and provide recommendations to improve platform scale.
• 
  Assist in growing the business usage ofBusiness Intelligence tools to drive efficiency in reporting.
• 
  Collaborate with high performing teams across multiple geographies.

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a Business-related degree.
• 
  5+ years of relevant experience in the Business Intelligence or Data Science sector.
• 
  Expert level SQL skills (TSQL preferred).
• 
  Advanced data warehousing and data modeling skills (RDBMS, OLTP, DW, OLAP, etc.).
• 
  Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts & performance tuning methods (ETL vs ELT, Dimensional Modeling, Schema types, etc.).
• 
  Demonstrated experience architecting end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions (MSFT BI stack preferred: SSMS, SSIS, SSAS).
• 
  Experience with enterprise software applications (SFDC, MSFT Dynamics, SAP, Workday, etc.).
• 
  Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI preferred).
• 
  Strong knowledge of business-facing analytics and automation tools (SharePoint, Excel, Power Automate, etc.).
• 
  Demonstrated working knowledge of DAX & MDX.
• 
  Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 
  Experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, i.e., SCRUM.
• 
  High attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• 
  Ability to work within a virtual internal team to lead discovery and to deliver recommendations at an Executive level.
• 
  Ability to align efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal.
• 
  Ability to manage large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects.
• 
  Self-motivated and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrating a strong bias to action.
