Role and Responsibilities :
1.Designing and updating job Descriptions .
2.Sourcing potential candidates from various job portals like Naukri/ shine /times /monster
3.interview candidate (via phone and face to face interview )
4.Advertise job openings for organization time to time .
5.Maintain spreadsheet for candidate (interview schedule ,interview conducted ,etc )
Requirements : *
1.must be graduate or post graduate
2.Minimum 1 year of Experience in same field
3.strong verbal and written communication skill
