Job Description

JOBSHOP is currently hiring 80 Recruiters for our BPO Wing, you will need to have excellent communication in English.
You will be judging English speaking skills of the candidate and fitment.
This is a work from office position (location mentioned below), please check our location and your ability to travel till Frazer Town before calling us.
We are not hiring any work from Home candidates in this Batch

Talk to Candidates who have applied for a job with JobShop
Screen the candidate on communication skills and decide which co the candidate will fit
Judge Stability of the candidate
Follow up with candidates to ensure they come to JobShop for interview
Follow up with candidates to ensure they complete client desired tests
Follow up with candidates after selection so they Join
