Urgent requirement of Project Manager in a big real estate firm in Noida

Project manager is responsible for ensuring that a construction project is completed on time and within budget. Project managers work on construction sites and work often begins just before construction. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety

Reviewing site reports, designs and drawings

finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
