Java developer experience 3+yrs

Location: Permanent Work From Home

Flexible Working Hours

Responsibilities:
Work with Team Lead to understand business requirements
Develop functionality/modules with a focus on usability, reliability and supportability
Ensure excellent levels of performance and scalability
Adhere to architectural goals and principles
Document technical design, process flow and support plans
Consult with various implementation and quality-assurance teams to create and execute unit tests for all code developed

Profile:
3 to 7 years of experience required
BE/ BTech, preferably with strong curriculum in Computer Sciences
High proficiency in programming and software design in J2EE and related technologies (Spring,
JSP, JSF, Hibernate), Web Services, XML, XSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
Experience developing web based applications
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
