We are currently seeking a JDA Support Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand functional requirements and prepare technical specifications
- Develop programs conforming to standards based on functional and technical specification
- Perform unit and integration testing for development components
- Resolution of incidents, trouble shooting and determination of Root Cause for higher priority incidents
- Collaborate with functional team for understanding functional requirements and testing
- Assume responsibility for deliverables assigned and provide regular status to lead and customer
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as developer in JDA on support or implementations
- Design interfaces in JDA WMS using Integrator, DDA Development, MOCA Programming, Reports
- Good experience in JDA Demand planning, JDA Fulfillment and strong expertise with the data structures
- Strong experience in PL/SQL and Oracle database
- Experience with Message Queuing System and Enterprise Service Bus architecture
