Job Description

We are looking a experienced candidate for H.R. profile. We prefer candidate from education industry. Candidate should be skilled with recruitment skills and have knowledge of employee life cycle.
Interested candidates should have to come for personal round of interview at Tecnia Institutes of advanced studies (Madhuban Chowk Pitampura Delhi ) on (September 27 - October 01) at 1200hrs. Candidates should share their cv to ca***r@te***a.in

Responsibilities of candidates includes:

hiring candidates
. Should have knowledge of Education sector as she/he has to recruit teachers, professors.
. He/she should be familiar with education sector hiring norms such as mandatory educations for a
candidate for applying to a particular post.
ensuring business needs for hiring are met
must have experience in hiring at senior level
. should know how to use of job portals
