Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation. Deliver superior guest services.
Ensuring guest satisfaction. Plan and develop guest loyalty programs. Plan and develop the
overall restaurant marketing strategy
Participate at local food events. Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints.
Organize and supervise shifts. Manage and lead staff. Hire new employees. Training and
evaluate staff performance. Manage restaurant supplies. Managing a restaurants finances
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory. Control costs and
minimize waste. Nurture a positive working environment. Monitor operations and initiate
corrective actions. Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Assigning tasks and coordinating work shifts, timetables and staff leave. Selecting, hiring and
training restaurant staff.
Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for food and beverage supplies. Ensuring
excellent customer service and dealing with customer feedback and complaints. Ensuring
hygiene and safety standards are met. Ensuring company policy and brand equity standards
are followed. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labour cost.
Increasing sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution. Provide
leadership and direction to all team members to ensure efficient operation.
Qualifications:
Hotel Management Graduate/Diploma
Minimum 7 -8 years of experience in hands on cooking including
