Job Description

  • Customer care executive analyse customer purchasing habits, returns and complaints to make adjustments to their customer care strategy and necessary.
  • They also analyse the communication cycle between their staff and customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media.
  • Recommend potential products and services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
  • Manage large amount of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Go extra mile to engage customers.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
