Integration Specialist
Your Role and
Responsibilities Provide technical design inputs to development areas for IIB && API
development
Contribute on technical design of project(s) and programme(s) with
significant impact on architecture and design
Ensure technology platform conforms to technical architectures,
platform strategies, policies, design and operational principles
Managing the technical rollout and post- deliverable technical strategy
Participate in code review
Work in capacity as subject matter expert
Who you are:
As an Integration Specialist you will apply your deep expertise in
Integration to come up with a solution for the customer . You will also
have to ensure that the best practices prescribed for Cloud Integration
are implemented on the ground, for the customer. Based on your
expertise and skills gained over the years, you will have to review and
guide customers and IBM partners.
Aside from participating in the above activities, you will apply your
deep expertise in design and development of Integration products as
wel as Infraastrucutre expertise.
What youll do:
The Integration Specialist will be responsible for doing development
work on a daily basis, including but not restricted to Installation,
Configuration, Development, Deployment and Post Support of the IBM
Integration portfolio.
He/She will also be assisting with the development of proposals,
supporting business development activities and actively participating
in the developer services community via knowledge sharing, best
practice documentation and training.

Required Education Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and
Professional Expertise 5+ years of strong development experience in IBM Integration Suite of
Products (IIB, MQ, IBM APIConnect and Datapower)
Hands on experience in SOA Applications using IBM WebSphere
Datapower using XML, XSD, WSDL,JSON, XPATH, XSLT, ESQL
Good experience in system Design and development involving ESB and
API technologies
Experience of analysis and verification of User Requirement
Documentation, Functional Specification and Technical Design
Specification
The ability to analyze various quality dimensions including
performance, reliability and resilience and design and implement
improvements to meet those
Experience with well performing, scalable, maintainable and robust
application development
Experience with ITIL processes
Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding
solutions
Preferred Technical and
Professional Experience Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to perform in programming, design and documentation
Takes Part in Continuing Education and being creative
Shows an Ability to Think Logically and has good Problem Solving
Skills
Good team player , flexible and self-discipline
Knowledge on troubleshooting issues with API infrastructure
Understanding of putty, winscp, basic Unix commands
Preferred Education Master's Degree
