Role/Designation : Process Expert

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune,right now work from home.

5 days working

2 offs

Salary: 2.50 to 4.20 LPA

Immediate Joiner or max 30 days notice

Age Limit: 32

Qualification: Any Graduate

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum of 10+2+3 (either correspondence or Regular education)
• Should have knowledge on AP & AR, invoicing with Financial analysis operations & Accounting terminologies, managing stakeholders.
• 1 to 6 years of customer support experience
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Must have experience in international call/ email / chat support process
• Must be flexible to work in US rotational shifts
• Good Analytical or Problem solving skills

Role:

• Order Management, Tracking Order/Order Entry, Rate Sheet
• Coordinating/Interacting with internal and external Stakeholders(Pricing Team and F&A Team) in US and Europe
