12 -14 Years experience on .Net, C# with PMP and CSM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Leads the team from front to ensure deliverable are on-time and with highest quality
Ensures adherence to processes and proactively reports progress, RISKS and action plans
Builds trust with partners and demonstrates transparency
Job Responsibilities:
Accountable for product quality and delivery against time line
Understands product requirement and high level design
Identifies the bottleneck in the process and helps in resolving them
Resolves the impediments faced by team
Promotes retrospection, ensures that action items identified from it are completed
Continuously strives for improving the productivity of the scrum team
Manages people and motivates & mentors scrum team members
