Multiple opportunities for Articled Clerks in various functions and across locations
What are we looking for?
Bright Article Clerks, aspiring to pursue their articleship in any of the below functions/practices:
1. Assurance
This practice covers the following services:
- Statutory audits;
- Tax audits;
- Limited reviews;
- Group reporting
- Certification;
- Special audits;
- Accounting Advisory (including GAAP advisory IND AS, IFRS and US GAAP)
2. Direct Taxation:
This practice covers the following services:
- Providing tax solutions to Client tax issues considering domestic tax and international tax.
- Provide tax risk analysis on transactions planned by Clients.
3. Indirect Taxation:
This practice covers the following services:
- Regular updating technical knowledge and also GST Act, Rules
- To interact on regular basis with client and department authorities
4. Valuations
This practice covers the following services:
- Corporate transactions
- Portfolio Companies (SEBI-registered AIFs)
- Regulatory requirements
- Valuation of Intangibles
- Deal Advisory
- Due diligence
