Java Developer - MACS - Hyderabad @ Mindtree

Job Description

Job Scope

1. Develop REST API using Java 8 (and higher), Spring, SQL, among other tools.

2. Build graphic rich dashboard using D3.js or Chart.js and React.

3. Build and deploy microservices to Cloud platform such as Tanzu or OpenShift via automated pipelines.

Job Qualifications

1. 5+ years related work experience in application programming with bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

2. Comprehensive knowledge in Java 8+, Spring (Core, MVC), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST and Microservices

3. Strong proficiency in fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript; and minimum 3 years of experience in React (incl. Redux)

4. Strong proficiency with one of JavaScript visualization libraries, such as D3.js, Chart.js, etc

5. Minimum 2 years of experience in MariaDB or similar with strong SQL and SQL tuning skills

6. Good scripting experience with Unix/Linux

7. Experience with Git and GitHub

8. Preferable to have knowledge in Kubernetes

9. Preferable to have knowledge in cloud platforms such as Tanzu or OpenShift

10. Familiar with Agile practice

11. Familiar with continuous integration and release automation
