We are looking for candidates with below mentioned criteria for Grievance Manager for a government organisation in Worli Location.
Designation : Grievance Manager
Qualification : A) Post Graduate Degree Preferably with First Class B) Preference will be given to candidates with additional Educational qualification in healthcare field. C) MS-CIT ( Must )
Salary Offered : Upto 43000/- Pm
Expereience : Minimum 7 years experience in health insurance sector as Asst. Manager or equivalent post in Health insurance sector in Maharashtra or other state.
Role and responsibility
If any complaint receive from any of the above mentioned sources, make sure that grievance must be registered. Need to attend or focused on registered grievance immediately. After registering the grievance manager shall forward or discuss with higher authority for necessary action. Coordinate with District team and hospital for resolution. Manager shall coordinate with respective department for resolution. Manager can conduct regular meetings with his team, TPA Teams & senior officials regarding pending and unsolved grievances. Ensure daily follow up on pending grievances with field team and network hospital. Maintenance all grievance related MIS reports and sharing at management level. Verify and resolve the grievance within the TAT. Ask to TPAs for Issue show cause notices to the hospital as per the SLA clauses. Maintenance of Grievance Resolution TAT as per the guidelines.
