leading jewellery company
Handling Packaging department (team of 6 people)
Handling Dispatch for timely export. Coordinating with CRM (Marketing) and Exim for pending shipments.
Handling technical production processing issues.
Guiding Q C team for right quality with minimum process and quick output.
Maintaining Q C parameters on the production floor, as per the customers requirements.
Reducing the percentage of errors and rejections.
Responsible to set targets and get them achieved within the time period.
Conducting regular quality meetings and reviewing the feedback received from the customers.
Improvement of quality on time to time basis and reduce Q C issues from customers and production.
Modifying models as and when required.
Planning manufacturing process with the production team. BOM updating and correction.
Authorizing shipments for quality before export.
